Minister Kwon Oh-eul of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs will visit Tokyo, Japan, from Friday, February 6, through Sunday, February 8, to attend the Commemoration Ceremony marking the 107th anniversary of the February 8 Independence Declaration, which served as a catalyst for the March 1 Independence Movement and the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea.
