Marking the 107th anniversary of the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea (April 11, 1919) and the 100th anniversary of the establishment of its Shanghai headquarters (Madang Road, Bogyeong-ri), a special exhibition will be held in Shanghai, China, presenting the process of discovering and restoring the Provisional Government buildings located in China. The Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs (Minister Kwon Oh-eul) announced that the National Memorial of the Korean Provisional Government will host a special exhibition under the theme “Golden Friendship: A Great Journey Together (금란지교: 위대한 동행)” at the Korean Cultural Center in Shanghai from April 9 (Thursday) to June 6 (Saturday).
