Joint Announcement by Four Ministries on Comprehensive Plan to Address Unoccupied and Derelict Houses

-A joint task force of MOIS, MOLIT, MAFRA, and MOF has developed a plan to manage unoccupied and derelict houses as a government-wide initiative to promote balanced national development and mitigate the risk of local extinction.
-The plan aims to support the private sector in renovating and repurposing unoccupied and derelict houses by alleviating the tax burden, expanding the scope of eligible projects, and providing a consolidated database.
