Former Thai Prime Minister, Thaksin Shinawatra, visited Korea on November 22 and 23 and looked around construction sites of Four Major Rivers Restoration project.

Thailand is suffering from severe flooding due to heavy rains and overflowed rivers. Before the Prime Minister’s visit, the Minister of Foreign Affars, Surapong Tovichakchaikul, visited Yipo Weir of Han River to introduce Korea’s four major rivers management technology to Thailand.
