President Yoon Suk Yeol on June 10 left for state visits to the three Central Asian nations of Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan over five nights and seven days. His first stop is Turkmenistan from June 10-11, his second Kazakhstan from June 11-13 and his third Uzbekistan from June 13-15. He will hold bilateral summits with the three nations' leaders.
The president's itinerary includes business forums with companies from both countries, signing ceremonies for memorandums of understanding (MOU) and joint declarations. During his tour, President Yoon will also launch the Korea-Central Asia Summit, whose inaugural edition is slated for next year in Korea with Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.

High-speed rail KTX to see first export via Uzbekistan deal
