To our second homeland Korea, which has many admirers in the Arab world from the Atlantic Ocean to the Arabian Gulf, many of us are dreaming of traveling to Korea.

This is our message to you. We are now in your land, and we hope for you peace, unity, prosperity and progress, as the proverb says, "United we stand, divided we fall."

The Arab countries have suffered from many divisions, the scourge of war and conflict, and colonialism, and we don't want to see this in Korea. The people of South and North Korea share a similar history, origin, blood and language. This single people has cried many tears because of the division. The opportunity is now coming once again for reunions between those families that were divided, and the time has come for them to be brought together. North Korea has the power and South Korea has the science and technology. If the power and science can meet together, the Korean race will progress and become an invincible nation.

The 2018 Inter-Korean Summit will be historic, and history will write the names of the two Korean leaders in gold letters because peace on the Korean Peninsula is important for the neighboring region and for the whole world. The North's nuclear disarmament is very important and is the main focus of this summit. The return of inter-Korean brotherhood will open the door for economic relations and trade between the two Koreas, and will make the Korean Peninsula a super economic power, standing in the ranks of the U.S. and China.

We hope that the summit will proceed as planned. South Korea has made great efforts to make this summit a success, and we hope that these efforts will not be wasted. The success of the summit will bear fruit on the six parties involved in direct talks and will open the door to a new horizon and joint cooperation between the U.S. and North Korea, and also between Japan and South Korea, and will cover cooperation in various fields, including business, sports, science and the arts.

We want to see the wonderful scene again when all Koreans gather under one unified flag, as they did at the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, a scene that was admired by all nations around the world, and which they hope to become true.

Before we travelled to Korea, we met with the governor of Cairo, Atef Abdel Hamid. He said to us, “Enjoy Korea. It's beautiful." In his meeting with us, he told us about his experience with Korea and how Korea is a wonderful and beautiful country, and how its people are hospitable. He thought that the will of the people would prevail, despite all the political conflicts.

We truly hope for prosperity and stability for the Korean nation, which the world has admired ever since ancient times. It's a nation that can do miracles. It's the nation of the Hangang River.
