I wish for communication channels to stay opened, problems and misunderstandings to smooth out. Thereby I think the world has the strong desire to see two halfs becoming a whole again. Above all, I hope that a new chapter in Korean history, a milestone in this century, will be written and that it will talk about peace and prosperity of a great country.
