Pickle your vegetables using Jang With Vinegar
Green chili peppers
Ingredients: (per jar)
200 grams of green chili peppers
250 milliliters of water
250 milliliters of Jang With Vinegar
Green onions
Ingredients: (per jar)
550 grams of green onions
250 milliliters of water
250 milliliters of Jang With Vinegar
Baby carrots
Ingredients: (per jar)
30 grams of baby carrots
250 milliliters of water
250 milliliters of Jang With Vinegar
Mushrooms
Ingredients: (per jar)
200 grams of mushrooms
250 milliliters of water
250 milliliters of Jang With Vinegar
Presentation
Green chili peppers
In a saucepan, bring the water and the Jang With Vinegar to boil. Once boiling, remove from the heat and pour the liquid into a jar with whole clean peppers. Cover the peppers with the liquid and close the jar. Allow to rest for at least 24 hours before using.
Green onions
In a saucepan, bring the water and the Jang With Vinegar to boil. Once boiling, remove from the heat and pour the liquid into a jar with the peeled green onions. Cover the onions with the mixture and close the jar. Allow to rest at least 48 hours before using.
Baby carrots
In a saucepan, bring the water and the Jang With Vinegar to boil. Once boiling, remove from the heat and pour the liquid into a jar with the clean baby carrots. Cover the carrots with the liquid and close the jar. Allow to rest for at least 48 hours before using.
Mushrooms
In a saucepan, bring the water and the Jang With Vinegar to a boil. Once boiling, remove from the heat and pour the liquid into a jar with whole clean mushrooms. Cover the mushrooms with the liquid and close the jar. Allow to rest for at least 24 hours before using.
