BLACKPINK has set another K-pop record on YouTube with the dance performance video for the girl group's hit "How You Like That."

The group's management agency YG Entertainment on Jan. 6 said that as of 7 a.m. Korean Standard Time, the video surpassed the mark of 500 million views. This milestone, the first of its kind by such a video, was achieved about 183 days after the clip's release on July 6 last year.

The dance performance video topped 100 million views within 15 days and 21 hours after its release, 200 million within 45 days and four hours, 300 million within 76 days and 20 hours, and 400 million within 120 days and 10 hours.

The dance performance videos of the group's hits "DDU-DU DDU-DU" and "Kill This Love" also topped 300 million views each on YouTube.

"How You Like That" is a hip-hop-based dance track released before BLACKPINK dropped its first regular album "The Album."

The song reached 33rd on the Billboard Hot 100 and 20th on the U.K.'s Official Singles Chart, unprecedented feats for a K-pop girl group at the time.

"How You Like That" was also named "Song of the Summer" at last year's MTV Video Music Awards and topped the Global Top Summer Songs list of YouTube.
