"Business Proposal" has topped Netflix's global rankings for dramas not in English for the second straight week.
Netflix Top 10, which compiles weekly data on the streaming platform's viewership, on March 30 said the Korean drama saw 30.94 million viewing hours in the fourth week of March (March 21-27).
Based on the eponymous original web novel and webtoon, the series was released on Netflix right after it started airing on SBS TV.
"Business Proposal" is about Shin Ha-ri (played by Kim Se-jeong), a developmental researcher at a food company who goes on a blind date instead of her friend. She meets Kang Tae-mu (Ahn Hyo-seop), the grandson of her company's CEO, on the date.
Another K-drama, "Twenty-Five Twenty-One," ranked second in the non-English drama category with 24.15 million hours. "Forecasting Love and Weather" was fourth with 14.48 million, "Juvenile Justice" sixth with 12.51 million, "All of Us Are Dead" seventh with 11.38 million and "Thirty-Nine" ninth with 10.43 million.
Six Korean series were among the top 10 on the list, attesting to the continued popularity of Korean content.
