K-pop sensation BTS has won Billboard Music Awards for the sixth straight year with three this year.
Billboard on May 15 announced the list of this year's recipients ahead of the awards show through its social media.
The boy band earned the honors for Top Duo/Group, Top Song Sales Artist and Top Selling Song reflecting Billboard chart activity from April 10 last year to March 26 this year.
Based on chart performance, the awards are one of the top three for pop music in the U.S. along with the American Music Awards and Grammys.
BTS this year was nominated seven times in six categories. Its hits "Butter" and "Permission to Dance" were nominated for Top Selling Song, with the former winning.
The group won its first Billboard award in 2017 for Top Social Artist and claimed all four it was nominated for last year.
