The K-pop boy band Tomorrow X Together, aka TXT, has claimed No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart with its fifth EP "The Name Chapter: Temptation."

Billboard's chart preview released on Jan. 5 ranked the EP at the top of the Billboard 200, a feat coming three years and 11 months after the group's debut in March 2019.

TXT is the fifth K-pop act to achieve the honor after BTS in 2018, SuperM the following year, and Stray Kids and BLACKPINK both last year.

TXT is under the umbrella of Big Hit Music, the management agency of BTS, and its parent company Hybe. Big Hit Music is thus the only domestic music agency with two or more acts that reached the pinnacle of a leading Billboard chart.

TXT has sold 161,500 copies of its EP in the U.S., according to Billboard.

The Billboard 200 is based on the volume of traditional album sales, digital music downloads and streams converted into album sales.

The quintet's latest five-song EP talks about youth resisting the temptation to remain a boy instead of growing up like Peter Pan.
