The new K-pop girl group Fifty Fifty has entered the Billboard Hot 100, the main singles chart of the U.S. music and entertainment magazine.
Billboard on March 28 said on Twitter that Fifty Fifty's "Cupid" ranked 100th on the chart.
Fifty Fifty made it to Hot 100 in four months after its debut on Nov. 18 last year, when it released the album "The Fifty."
The group now holds the record for fastest advance to the chart by a K-pop act, breaking the previous mark of six months held by "Ditto" by fellow girl group NewJeans.
Fifty Fifty is the fifth K-pop girl group to enter the Hot 100 after Wonder Girls, BLACKPINK, Twice and NewJeans and the sixth K-pop act overall if the boy band BTS is included.
While K-pop groups with songs on the chart were from large companies like YG and JYP, Fifty Fifty is from the small agency Attrakt, which was formed less than two years ago.
