Bang Si-hyuk, chairman of BTS' management agency Hybe, has made Billboard's Power 100 List for the fourth time.
This year's rankings released on Jan. 31 had Bang and Hybe America CEO Scooter Braun at 18th.
The annual list designates the most influential figures in the global music industry in categories like Leaderboard, Publishing and Multisector. Bang was also named to the list in 2020, 2022 and last year.
Bang and Braun were also 18th in Leaderboard, a category ranking the top 40 leaders who made their companies prosper and evolve in the music sector.
"2023 was the year that the genre (K-pop) solidified its place on the global business stage," Billboard said. "Hybe deepened its hold on the world's largest music market by acquiring Atlanta-based hip-hop company Quality Control."
"It also created a presence in the fast-growing Latin genre by buying Exile Music Group and creating the Mexico-based Hybe Latin America."
Additionally, Bang tied for second in Multisector with Braun and Scott Borchetta, CEO of Hybe America affiliate Big Machine Label Group.
Reigning atop the list this year is American pop superstar Taylor Swift.
