Jungkook, a member of the boy band sensation BTS, is the first K-pop solo artist to reach five billion streams on a personal account of Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform.

As of March 12, his first solo single "Seven" was the most streamed song on his account with 1.46 billion streams, followed by his collaboration with Charlie Puth "Left and Right" with 899.17 million.

"Standing Next to You," the title track from his solo album "Golden," had 461.95 million streams.

Next was his second solo single "3D" with 453.88 million streams and "Dreamers," part of the official soundtrack of the FIFA 2022 World Cup in Qatar, with over 400 million.

On the latest Billboard main singles chart Hot 100 released on the same day, "Standing Next to You" remained for the 18th consecutive week, the longest on the chart by a Korean solo artist since Psy's "Gangnam Style" in 2012.

Jungkook on Feb. 18 also received an honor at the U.S. People's Choice Awards, which recognizes the best in pop culture.
