The Grammy Museum in Los Angeles from early next month will host an exhibition of the stage clothes and photos of BTS, SEVENTEEN and other K-pop acts managed by the Korean entertainment agency Hybe.
The Associated Press in its July 9 article headlined "Grammy Museum to launch K-pop exhibit celebrating Hybe, featuring BTS, LE SSERAFIM artifacts" said "HYBE: We Believe in Music" will run from Aug. 2 to Sept. 15.
The museum's third floor will showcase items from 78 members of Hybe-managed acts including ZICO, TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT), fromis_9, ENHYPEN, LE SSERAFIM, &TEAM, BOYNEXTDOOR, TWS, ILLIT and KATSEYE.
The museum said on its website, "The GRAMMY Museum has joined forces with HYBE Corporation to present an interactive exhibit that spotlights their legacy of unparalleled innovation and creativity as a trend-setting global entertainment brand and home to the likes of BTS, SEVENTEEN, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, ENHYPEN, LE SSERAFIM and many more."
An interactive exhibition has its displayed works respond to the movements of visitors or the audience becoming part of the displays.
"This is going to be one of the largest exhibits the museum's ever curated," the museum's president and CEO Michael Sticka was quoted as saying. "They'll take over the entire third floor of the museum."
“Hybe in particular, their impact on really the world of music is indisputable."
Hybe Chief Operating Officer Kim Tae-Ho added, "This can be a very good momentum for their (Hybe's new acts) entrance into the American music market.”
