A documentary film about the solo activities of Jung Kook, a member of K-pop boy band BTS, is scheduled to be released.
Weverse, a fan community platform, announced on Aug. 14 that the film "Jung Kook: I Am Still" is slated for release on Aug. 18 in theaters in 120 countries. It will be released on Oct. 4 in Japan.
"Jung Kook: I Am Still" begins with the singer's release of his first solo single "Seven," which was released in July last year. It also covers his production and other activities for the solo album "Golden" released in the following November.
"The film contains the whole story of Jung Kook, as a solo artist, including many behind-the-scene stories that have not yet been told," Jung Kook said in a video announcement before the film's release.
More information is offered and ticket reservations for viewings can be made on his official website (www.jungkook-iamstill.com).
Reservations can be made from Aug. 21 (worldwide), Sept. 4 (Korea) and Sept. 13 (Japan).
