"Golden," the hit song from the soundtrack to the animated blockbuster "KPop Demon Hunters," was the world's second most streamed song last year, while "APT.," a duet between K-pop singer Rosé of BLACKPINK and American pop star Bruno Mars, placed fourth.
Luminate, a U.S.-based entertainment data think tank, on Jan. 14 in its year-end music report for 2025 said "Golden" had 2.43 billion streams, No. 2 for the year, between Jan. 3, 2025, and Jan. 1 this year.
"APT." was fourth with 2.32 billion.
Over the same period in the rankings of music video views, "APT." was second with 1.43 billion, "Golden" fourth with 1.14 billion and Pinkfong's "Baby Shark" ninth with 628 million.
