The animated blockbuster "KPop Demon Hunters," created by Korean Canadian Maggie Kang, has received two nominations from the Academy Awards of the U.S.

The film on Jan. 22 was on the nominee list released by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song for "Golden."

The awards ceremony is set for March 15 in Los Angeles.

Earlier on Jan. 11, "KPop Demon Hunters" earned two Golden Globes in Los Angeles for best animated feature and best original song from a motion picture.
