Seven of the world's top 10 albums in sales last year were by K-pop acts.
The London-based International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) on Feb. 20 released its Global Album Sales Chart on its official website showing "Karma" by Stray Kids at No. 2.
SEVENTEEN's "Happy Burstday" was third and NHYPEN's "Desire: Unleash" fourth.
Tomorrow X Together (TXT)'s "Chapter of Stars: Together" ranked sixth, ZeroBaseOne's "Never Say Never" seventh, IVE's "Ive Empathy" ninth and G-Dragon's "Ubermensch" 10th.
The annual chart is based on aggregate physical album sales and digital music downloads sold around the world.

In another K-pop milestone, YouTube on Feb. 20 said BLACKPINK surpassed 100 million subscribers.
The girl group's YouTube channel is the first by a musical act worldwide to reach the figure, coming nine years and eight months after the channel's launch in June 2016.
To mark the occasion, the streaming video site gave a Red Diamond Creator Award to BLACKPINK.
