Geoga Bridge (Photo: Geoje City)
Busan Metropolitan Government and the Busan Convention and Visitors Bureau, along with local travel agencies, launched a three-day package tour of Busan and the surrounding area.

Since the completion of the KTX Gyeongbu Line Geoga Bridge last year, traveling around South Gyeongsang Province, including Busan, Gyeongju and Geoje Island, has became even easier.

It now only takes two hours and 18 minutes between Seoul and Busan, and 23 minutes from Geoje to Gyeongju by KTX. The Geoga Bridge, which connects Busan and Geoje, also helps make travel more convenient.

One of the tour packages includes tickets on an evening train from Seoul to Busan, tours of Busan and Geoje, and a return by train from Gyeongju to Seoul. It also includes two nights in a hotel and the services of a tour guide.

Reservation can be made for groups of four or more, with pricing depending on the route selected. For more information, please call Saebusan Tours at 070-4322-5102 or US Travel’s Busan branch at 070-8610-2479.

Travelers who want to map out their own route can visit the official website of Busan Convention and Visitors Bureau: http://www.busancvb.org/english/.
