Korean food has grown so popular that many countries have restaurants specializing in Hansik. Among the most popular dishes are kimchi, tteokbokki (spicy rice cake), ramyeon (instant noodles) kimchi jeon (pancake), kimchi fried rice and gaeran mari (rolled omelet).

The following five foods are what I consider dishes unique to Korea.
