Easter is one of Poland's most important holidays, with people usually spending time with families and observing traditions.

The most common symbol of Easter in Poland is eggs, which represents the overcoming of death by life. This year, I added a Korean twist to Easter food and made gyeranbbang (egg bread).

Egg bread is easy to make, takes a short amount of time to cook and tastes wonderful. The bread's sweetness mixes well with the taste of boiled (rather baked) egg, making the food a great snack, dessert or even breakfast.

Just a few ingredients are needed for egg bread.

The ingredients are one egg, one tablespoon of butter, 1/2 a cup of milk, 1/2 a cup of sugar (or less), one cup of flour and 1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder. Mix them all well and form into the desired shape (but first coat with a little bit of butter or cooking oil). Add raw eggs on top and bake. After around 12 minutes, see your beautiful and tasty egg bread.

To make my egg bread look more Easter friendly, I used as decoration little origami bunnies I made during baking. For a dish easy to make and tasty, this treat is highly recommended.
