Busan is Korea's second-biggest city where many movies and dramas have been filmed. It is also famous for its delicious food, unique natural beauty and friendly people. An ocean view is around wherever you go.

In addition, Busan was the country's most important city during the Korean War because of its location. After the war, residents began moving elsewhere so the streets of Busan became empty.

Once filled with thousands of colorful stories, the city's streets and homes gradually turned desolate and abandoned. To remedy this problem, dilapidated houses were remodeled and renovated to form beautiful culture and art villages.

Though Gamcheon Culture Village is the most famous in Busan, Huinnyeoul Culture Village also has its charms.

Huinnyeoul is located beside a steep wall of Jeoryeong Coastal Trail and has a great view of the ocean. With rows of houses on the edge of a high cliff, the village offers a visual feast of the seemingly endless sea and many vessels large and small creating a unique harmony.

Beautiful cafes and restaurants are par for the course in the village, along with a famous noodle restaurant and ice cream houses. Get a meal or sip coffee while seeing amazing scenery.

A mysterious tunnel is at the end of the village, boasting a breathtaking view of the ocean with a refreshing breeze when passing by.

So don't miss this hidden gem the next time you visit Busan.
