K-pop singer Jay B, born Lim Jae-beom and better known as the leader of the boy band Got7, on Dec. 22 held a solo concert as part of his "Tape: Press Pause" world tour at Fuzz Live Music Club in Athens, Greece. Most of the fans who attended the sold-out event were impressed with his effort. I contacted three people who went to the concert to hear about their experiences.

Through TikTok, I contacted Maria Giannakopoulou and interviewed her via email. She said she appreciated Jay B giving his best to his fans despite looking tired as well as the performance by rapper Jomalxne. During the concert, Jay B waved the Greek flag on stage, which she said made her happy.

Through Facebook, I contacted Vasia Karageorgou, who enthusiastically shared her experience at the concert. She hailed Jay B's professionalism on stage and Jomalxne's energy, saying K-pop brings people together as she met fans at the concert and they enjoyed the event together. When Jay B described his earlier worry over K-pop's popularity in Greece, she said, the Greek audience surprised him by singing along with his songs and shouted with excitement when he promised to give another concert in Greece.

Through Instagram, I contacted Chrysa Papavasiliou, who traveled all the way from Kos, a Greek island in the Aegean Sea, to see the concert. With a VIP ticket in hand, she took photos with Jay B near the stage and said she noticed how Jay B got energized after seeing the excitement of his fans after appearing fatigued early in his show. His energy, a voice that sounded just like that in his music videos and his handsome features made this event a dream-like experience for this fan.
