Staff from Buk-gu District Office in Gwangju on Aug. 11, four days before the 76th National Liberation Day of Korea, use colorful umbrellas and flowerpots to make Taegeukgi (Korean national flag) patterns at the office's square. On the occasion of the national holiday, the event is intended to have people reflect on their love for their country and strengthen their resolve to overcome COVID-19.
