Members of a volunteer group launched by the Korea Lottery Commission, an affiliate of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, on Dec. 22 delivers coal briquettes in the Jeongneung-dong neighborhood of Seoul's Seongbuk-gu District. The commission that same day delivered 200 briquettes to 10 households in this neighborhood and donated 30,000 overall.
