Springtime picnickers on March 31 take photos on the famed Noksan-ro Road, where canola flowers and cherry blossoms are in full bloom, near Jeongseok Aviation Pavilion in Seogwipo, Jeju Island. From April 8-10, the city will host the 39th Jeju Canola Flower Festival on Noksan-ro and in the village of Gashi-ri of Pyoseon-myeon Township.
