Visitors amid perfect spring weather on the morning of April 4 walk across Aqua Art Bridge on Nambusunhwan-ro Road in front of the Seoul Arts Center in the city's Seocho-gu District. The district said the bridge's water screen fountain will run from that day through the end of October, with a time lag to conserve energy. In the event of a heat wave warning or an unhealthy level of yellow dust in the air, the fountain will keep running nonstop.
