Rapper Psy of "Gangnam Style" fame on April 29 speaks at a media event to mark the release of his ninth full-length album "Cheap 9" at the hotel Fairmont Ambassador Seoul in the capital's Yeouido district. The album's title track "That That" was produced by BTS member Suga and written, composed and arranged by Psy. The album is Psy's first in five years since his eighth came out in 2017.
