Members of the Korea Kite Federation on Oct. 24, the day before Dokdo Day, fly kites with pictures of Dokdo Island drawn on them at Changnyongmun Gate of Suwon Hwaseong Fortress in Paldal-gu District of Suwon, Gyeonggi-do Province. Dokdo is the nation's  easternmost territory located in Ulleung-gun County, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province.
