An expat in Korea on Nov. 14 puts coats in boxes to be sent to foreign laborers in Korea about to spend their first winter in Korea at the delivery ceremony of the fifth edition of the annual event "Sharing Our Coats and Clothing for Someone's First Winter" (unofficial translation) at Seoul Plaza in the capital's Jung-gu District. This charity event gives coats to foreign residents from countries with no winter.
