Lawmakers of the National Assembly on Feb. 2 salute the national flag at the opening ceremony of the 403rd (extraordinary) parliamentary session in the Yeouido neighborhood of Seoul. This session will run through Feb. 28 and a plenary session for handling agenda will be opened on Feb. 24.
