A yellow crosswalk on July 3 is painted at an interaction in a school zone near Gugal Elementary School in Giheung-gu District of Yongin, Gyeonggi-do Province. Under an amendment to the Road Traffic Act taking effect the next day, the installation of such crosswalks and road markings at the beginning and end of such zones will be expanded for easier recognition by drivers.
