Foreign tourists on the morning of Nov. 13 experience a winter atmosphere at Hallasan National Park after the lifting of a heavy snowfall warning. The Jeju Regional Meteorological Administration said that as of 6 a.m. that day, 10.7 cm of snow fell on Samgakbong Peak of Hallasan Mountain.
