Residents and officials of the Wolgok-2dong neighborhood of Seoul's Seongbuk-gu District on the morning of Jan. 10 unload bags of rice from a truck sent by an "anonymous angel" in front of the Wolgok-2dong community service center. Since 2011, the mysterious Good Samaritan has donated 300 20-kg bags of rice to charity every year before Seollal (Lunar New Year).
