President Yoon Suk Yeol on Feb. 28 poses for a group photo with newly commissioned officers at this year's commissioning ceremony for Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) at the Army Cadet Military School in Goesan-gun County, Chungcheongbuk-do Province. Making the first visit of its kind by an incumbent head of state since 2008, he saw a combined 2,776 officers from the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines receive their rank insignias at the event.
