Big Ocean, the world’s first hearing-impaired idol, stages a celebratory performance in sign language on Feb. 3, at the fifth Korean Sign Language Day event in the Swiss Grand Hotel in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. Korean Sign Language Day is to commemorate the enactment of the Korean Sign Language Act.
