A ceremony honoring the portrait of King Sejong as a youth on May 9 is held at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul hosted by the Sejong Institute for National Governance and a society honoring the monarch. As an image of what Sejong might have looked like as a youth, the work took a year of preparation with the participation of artist Park Cheol-jong.
