Chujeot, or tiny salted and fermented shrimp, on Sept. 10 are auctioned at the wholesale seafood market of the Northern Gyeongin Fisheries Cooperative in the village of Oepo-ri in the township of Naega-myeon in Incheon's Ganghwa-gun County. Made from tiny shrimp caught in fall, chujeot is used as a flavor boost for kimchi made ahead of winter.
