A group photo of VIPs on Oct. 22 is taken at the launching ceremony of the ROKS Jang Yeong-sil, the lead vessel in the country's Jangbogo-III Batch-II submarine program, at a shipyard of Hanwha Ocean in Geoje, Gyeongsangnam-do Province. The 3,600-ton world-class diesel vessel features higher capacities to operate under water, process information and detect targets.
