Amid freezing temperatures nationwide on Jan. 9, a visitor to Yangjae Flower Market in Seoul's Seocho-gu District looks at a vibrant array of flowers. Founded in 1991, the market is the largest of its kind in the nation with a spring-like atmosphere even in the dead of winter.
