A visitor on Jan. 21 looks at a long sword belonging to the eponymous naval hero in the exhibition "The Great Admiral Yi Sun-Sin" at the National Museum of Korea in Seoul's Yongsan-gu District. To end on March, the display sheds light on the human side of the legend as well as his military genius during the Imjin Waeran, or the Japanese invasions of Korea in the late 16th century.
