The Republic of Korea Navy's elite Sea Salvage and Rescue Unit on Jan. 22 conduct cold weather training at Jinhae Naval Base in Jinhae-gu District of Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do Province. The temperature in the district was minus six degrees Celsius but the wind-chill factor brought it down further to minus 11.
