Cherry blossoms on April 16 are in full bloom in the town of Mulan, part of the village of Bugwi-ri in the township of Buksan-myeon in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do Province. Bugwi-ri is where such blossoms bloom the latest in the city, attracting visitors every spring with flowers on a 1.2 km-long path.
