The Seoul Metropolitan Government on March 17 announced its launch of a website to ensure public safety and convenience ahead of the BTS event slated for March 21 at Gwanghwamun Square in the city's Jongno-gu District.
The site (seoul.go.kr/welcome2026) contains key information on transportation, safety and convenience facilities updated in real time for visitors to the event. The section for foreign users is in English, Chinese and Japanese.
The general information page has essential tips at a glance, ranging from temporary bypassing of select subway stations, temporary bus routes, and prohibited items and locations of restrooms near the venue.
The 120 Dasan Call Center has arranged support staff for service in English, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Mongolian on the evening before and the day of the performance.
On March 21, guides from the Seoul Tourism Foundation will provide on-site information on transportation and accommodations at tourist attractions near the venue such as City Hall Station and Seochon Village.
The K-Culture Festival Calendar, which covers performance-linked events at the city's landmarks and attractions, is displayed on the event menu on the general information page.
