Striker Son Heung-min of Tottenham Hotspur has scored his 100th goal for the English Premier League (EPL) team.


Assisted by fellow striker Harry Kane, Son's score came 43 minutes in the first half against Leeds United at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.


Joining Tottenham in August 2015 from Bayer Leverkusen of Germany, Son thus scored his 100th goal in 253 games for the EPL club. In England, he has scored 65 league goals, 12 in the FA Cup, three in the League Cup, 14 in the UEFA Champions League and six in the Europa League.


Against Leeds, Son also assisted teammate Toby Alderweireld's score on a header from a corner kick five minutes into the second half. Son finished the game with a goal and an assist in Tottenham's 3-0 victory.

The Korean's latest goal lifted him to second in the league this season with 12, just one behind leader Mohamed Salah of Liverpool FC.
