Tottenham Hotspur winger Son Heung-min has topped the latest English Premier League (EPL) Power Rankings of Sky Sports.

Son had 9,118 points in the network's 2021-22 rankings released on April 22 to claim the No. 1 spot among 381 players.

The rankings are based on player performance in the last five games and use an accumulated score derived from 35 statistics including goals, assists and tackles.

Son is the Spurs' scoring ace this season with 17 goals and six assists in 29 league games. In the goal scoring rankings released on the same day, he was second only to Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah.

Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne (8,411 points) was second to Son in the Power Rankings, followed by No. 3 Newcastle United defensive midfielder Bruno Guimaraes, who rose three spots from the previous chart. Falling four spots from a week earlier was Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo at No. 5.
