Team Korea has won its third gold medal of the Paris Summer Paralympics.


Jeong Howon on Sept. 2 won the men's individual BC3 boccia title over Daniel Michel of Australia at South Paris Arena 1. Jeong's victory earned Korea a gold in the event for the 10th straight Paralympics.


The same day, Jung Sungjoon grabbed the silver in the men's individual BC1 boccia.

Shooting and badminton competitors also earned medals.

In badminton, Choi Jungman won the silver in the men's singles WH1 and Kim Jungjun the bronze in the men's singles WH2.  


As of Sept. 3 at 10 a.m. Korean Standard Time, the national team raised its medal count to 18: three gold, seven silver and eight bronze.
