President of Senegal Macky Sall visited the Seoul National Cemetery on June 4. He is paying an official visit to Korea until June 7 upon the invitation of President Park Geun-hye.
The Senegalese leader paid a silent tribute to the patriotic martyrs of Korea at the Memorial Tower alongside his presidential aides. His Korean itinerary includes various visits, including a summit meeting with President Park at Cheong Wa Dae on June 4.
President Sall will meet with Speaker of the National Assembly Chung Ui-Hwa and receive an honorary Ph.D. in engineering from Pukyong National University during his trip.
